INSTRUCTIONS:

1) Unzip the downloaded files onto your BVE train folder, the one you chose to ride (and present in the Route file) , at C:\Program Files\BVE\Train\.....

2) Once decompressed, it will create a new folder onto the train folder, called TRAINSET

3) Inside the TRAINSET folder, ther's a file called Extensions.cfg, please copy and paste it to the train folder.

4) Open BVE's trainsets don't have their own sounds. So, when selecting your BVE train, please choose the ones that match the most closer in physics, dynamics and features according to the trainset chosen, e.g. if you chose an electric trainset, choose an EMU or any electric BVE drivable train. If you decided to run a diesel trainset, choose a BVE diesel unit. Doing it in this way will play the sounds with a certain... coherency.

5) The quantity of the cars being shown in the trainset is determined by the Extensions.cfg, simultaneously with the Train.dat file, always present in any BVE Train, in this case the BVE train you chose to ride. You may modify these numbers freely, according to the length of the trainset you wish. To do so, open and edit the corresponding Train.dat file using Windows Notepad. Browse and look for the key #CAR and edit the numbers (see figure below), making them match with the number of cars informed in your existing Extensions.cfg file. Don't forget to save your settings. Have fun!
